Tomlinson, Elvin Bryan LAKE CITY -- Mr. Elvin Bryan "Tiny" Tomlinson, 34, died Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2003, from injuries he received in an accident. Mr. Tomlinson was born in Florence County, a son of Harry Gray Harper and Shirley Tomlinson. He was a police officer for the Town of Scranton and member of Hebron United Methodist Church. Survivors include his mother, Shirley Tomlinson of Lake City; and three sons, Bryan Joshua Tomlinson of Kingstree, Nicholas Tomlinson of Johnsonville and Matthew Daniel Tomlinson of Bennettsville. Funeral service will be at 3 p.m. Friday, Oct. 3, in the Brockington Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Lake City Memorial Park.
