T. Frank Modlin MCCOLL -- A graveside service for T. Frank Modlin, 93, widower of Ethel Newton Modlin, will be held at 3:30 p.m. today in Rogers Cemetery. Rogers Funeral Home is in charge. Born in McColl to Marcus Lee and Lula Vaughn Modlin, he died September 15, 2003.
