    3. Gretelle M. Miller MARION -- Mrs. Gretelle M. Miller, 91, died Sunday night, Sept. 1, at Marion Nursing Center after an illness. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 4 at Ebenezer Southern Methodist Church, directed by Richardson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Magnolia Cemetery in Latta. The family will receive friends Tuesday at night from 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Miller was born in Dillon County, a daughter of the late Harvey L. Meggs and Nora Berry Meggs. She is also predeceased by her husband, Grover C. Miller; four brothers, Lewis Meggs, Billy Meggs, James Meggs and Alton Meggs; as well as three sisters, Henrietta Lane, Beatrice Lane and Elsie Rogers. Mrs. Miller was a dedicated wife and mother. She was a member of Ebenezer Southern Methodist Church, where she attended the Ladies Sunday School Class and as part of the Women's Missionary Society. Mrs. Miller is survived by four sons, James S. (Matilda) Miller of Warner Robins, GA, Jerry C. (Sara) Miller of New Bern, N.C., Malcolm A. (Wanda) Miller of Marion and Jack W. (Faye) Miller of Marion; four daughters, Mrs. Lafon (Connie) Berry of Mullins, Mrs. Henry (Linda) Hinson of Florence, Mrs. Tommy (Brenda) Calhoun of Marion and Mrs. Bill (Doris Ann) Johnson of Latta; two sisters, Mrs. Jessie (Frances) Lane of Marion and Mrs. Fernie (Dorothy M) Cook of Arial's Crossroad; 19 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Memorials may be made to the Ebenezer Southern Methodist Church at 1048 Dudley Rd., Marion SC 29571.
