Kathy, Thank you so much for posting Delina B. Hamer's Will. I'm sure it will help many other HAMER researchers. I noticed that Delina B. names a sister, "Disy Baldwin GALLOWAY" and wondered if BALDWIN might not be their maiden name. If you decide to go further into your research on these folks, you might want to keep an eye open for any Baldwins living near the Galloways. Since Baldwin was not a name familiar to me, I checked the 1860 census for Marlboro and nary a one is listed in the index. There are plenty of Galloways and Hamers though. For those of you who are new to the list, the 1860 census was transcribed by fellow listmember, Bill McInnis, and is available for viewing in the USGenWeb Archives.
