DILLON -- W. Lewis Raiford, 86, died Friday, May 24, 2002 at St. Eugene Medical Center. Mr. Raiford was born in Clio, June 6, 1915, a son of the late O.P. and Ida Mae Quick Raiford, and was the widower of Gertrude F. Raiford. He was a member of Main St. United Methodist Church, Men's Bible Class, American Legion, D.A.V., Shriner, past master of Mackey Lodge and Life member of Mackey Lodge. Surviving are a daughter, Bonnie Raiford Jackson of Rowland, N.C., a grandchild and two great-grandchildren. Graveside funeral services will be Sunday, May 26, 2002 at 3 p.m. in Greenlawn Cemetery directed by Kannaday's Funeral Home of Dillon. The family will receive friends at his daughter's residence.
