Arzella Barton BENNETTSVILLE -- Services for Arzella Locklear Barton, 80, will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Victory Christian Center with burial in Scotland Cemetery, Laurinburg. Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Saturday at Whitner-Evans Funeral Home. Born in Pembroke, N.C., a daughter of the late Dixon and Carol Locklear, she died July 10, 2003. She was a homemaker.
