BARNWELL - Portia Jones Morris Bryan, 92, widow of Cecil Bryan passed away Saturday, July 12, 2008, in the Aiken Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Bryan was born April 10, 1916, in Marion County. She was the daughter of the late Lee and Velma Smith Jones. She was first married to the late Harris W. Morris. She was a former employee of Still’s Cleaners, was a member of Siloam United Methodist Church and was an avid hunter. Funeral services will be held at noon Monday, July 14, 2008, at the Mole Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Joey McDonald officiating. Burial will follow in Siloam United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services. Survivors include one son, Jerry (Marie) Morris of Barnwell, SC; one grandson, Brad (Sadie) Morris of St. Marys GA; one sister, Flora Smith of Barton, SC, and one brother, Joseph Jones of Marion, SC. Several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister Bobbie Eagles.
