Born in Marion County to Pearley and Mary Smith Lewis, he died June 16, 2006. Surviving are sons, Tony, Chad Lewis; grandchildren, Brandon, Casey, Bryson Lewis; siblings, Shirley Turner, Robert Lewis; nieces and nephews.
