MULLINS | Rebecca Hayes, 65, died Sunday, June 25, 2006 at McLeod Regional Medical Center after an illness. Ms. Hayes was born Aug. 31, 1940 in Robeson County, N.C., a daughter of the late Manton and Stella Watts Hayes. She retired from Anvil Knitwear. Surviving are two daughters, Regina Ramsay and her husband, Kevin, of Orlando, Fla. and Leslie ''Cissy'' Drew and her husband, David, of Mullins; four grandchildren, Kaley Ramsay, Summer Ramsay, Becca Drew and Charlie Drew; her brothers and sisters, Doug Hayes and his wife, Jan, of Marion, Katherine Skipper and her husband, Donald, of Batesville, Miss., Ray Hayes and his wife, Cassandra, of Sumter, Elsie Turner and her husband, Carroll, of Marion, Tommy Hayes and his wife, Shirley, of Marion, Joe Hayes of Charlotte, N.C., Ronnie Hayes and his wife, Karen, of Nichols, Charles Hayes of Fair Bluff, N.C. and Susie Causey of Marion; a sister-in-law, Betty Lou S. Hayes of Columbia; and several nieces and nephews. Ms. Hayes was predeceased by a brother, Johnny Hayes. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, June 27, 2006 at the Chapel of Cox-Collins Funeral Home, with the Rev. Jim Kirkland officiating. Burial will follow in Red Hill Memorial Gardens Cemetery, directed by Cox-Collins Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Monday evening, June 26, 2006 from 7 until 9 p.m. at Cox-Collins Funeral Home.
