CANTONMENT, Fla. | Corine J. Lewis, 69, passed away on Thursday, April 6, 2006 in Loris. Mrs. Lewis was born on July 5, 1936 in Mullins, to Ebb and Corine Goff Johnson. She moved to Pensacola in 1959 with her husband and son, where she retired after 31 years of service from Monsanto in August 1991. She was full of life, made many friends and will truly be missed by all of her friends and family. She is preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Donnie A. Lewis of Cantonment, FL; one son, Ricky V. Lewis and wife, Vickie, of Crestview, Fla.; three grandchildren, Nicholas, Nicole and Christopher; one great-granddaughter, Katelyn; four brothers, Joseph F. Johnson of Loris, Dale Johnson of Winter Haven, Fla., Brooks Johnson of Galivants Ferry, and Randall Johnson of Nichols; three sisters, Shelby J. Herring of Nichols, Shirley J. Mishoe of Pensacola, Fla., and Winnie J. Wise of Mullins; and numerous nieces and nephews. Family will greet friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, April 9, 2006 at Faith Chapel North. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Monday, April 10, 2006 at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Pensacola Memorial Gardens.
