In the Huggins Cemetery in Little Rock, (a.k.a. Little Rock Baptist Church Cemetery), there is the grave of a child named Plato O. Huggins. His stone reads: Plato O. Huggins son of F. D. & L. A. Huggins b. Aug. 30, 1922 - d. July 20, 1923 Does anyone know who "F. D. & L. A. Huggins" were? Thanks, Christie
