    2. TRACYS LANDING, Md. | Eloise ''Pat'' Watts Walls, 81, died of renal failure on Friday, Sept. 22, 2006 at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C. Pat was born and raised in Columbus County, Tabor City, N.C., the daughter of the late Jiley J. Watts and Letie Stephens Watts. She attended Tabor City High School. She also attended a dental technician school in Washington, D.C. Between 1950 and 2004 she lived on the Delmarva Peninsula in Laurel, Del. and Salisbury, Md. Pat retired as the business manager of WBOC Radio/TV in Salisbury. Since 2004, Pat and Howard have lived in Tracys Landing in Southern Maryland. Pat is survived by her husband of 56 years, Howard R. Walls, currently a resident at Charlotte Hall Veterans Home in Charlotte Hall, Md.; a daughter, Betty-Jo ''B.J.'' Allen of Honolulu, Hawaii; and a son, Dr. Michael H. Walls and his wife, Ginger, of Fairhaven, Md. She is also survived by four grandsons, Rick Marine of Honolulu, Hawaii and Jonathan Walls, David Walls and Christopher Walls, all of Haverhill, Mass.; and two great-grandchildren, Ricky Marine III and Joshua Robert Marine of Honolulu, Hawaii. Pat was the 14th of 15 sisters. She is survived by two sisters, Elatha Wilson of North Myrtle Beach and Marjorie Blanton of Nichols. Pat was close to her extended family of many nieces and nephews living throughout the country. Pat was known to say that anything worth doing was worth doing right and she exercised great authority on how things were to be done in her family. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, crossword puzzles, listening to music and spending time with her family. >From 1999 until she was hospitalized in July of 2006, Pat was the primary caregiver for her husband Howard, who has Alzheimer's disease. A memorial service will be held at 12 p.m. Monday, Sept. 25, 2006 at Friendship United Methodist Church, 22 West Friendship Rd., Friendship, MD 20758.
