The State (Columbia): Tuesday, November 27, 2001 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Margaret Rogers FORK -- Services for Margaret Moore Rogers, 81, will be held at 2 p.m. today, November 27, 2001, at the chapel of Cox-Collins Funeral Home with Rev. Archie Prevatte and Rev. James Archie Moore Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Fork Baptist Church Cemetery, directed by Cox- Collins Funeral Home. Mrs. Rogers, widow of Hartsell Osborn Rogers Sr., died Sunday, November 25, 2001, at her residence after a brief illness. Born April 23, 1920, in Dillon Co., she was a daughter of the late Robert S. Moore and Annie Atkinson Moore. Mrs. Rogers was a homemaker. She was a graduate of Lake View High School and attended Draughon's Business College in Columbia. Mrs. Rogers was a member of the Fork Women's Club and a member of Fork Baptist Church where she was a member of Adult Ladies Sunday School Class. Surviving are sons, Hartsell O. Rogers Jr. and his wife Lenetta of Fork, John Seaborn Rogers and his wife Mellie of Edisto Beach; daughter, Mary Anne Rogers Hayes and her husband John Charles of Clemson; grandchildren, Nikki Rogers Bailey and her husband John of Columbia, J. Seaborn Rogers Jr. of Stono Ferry, Ginny A. Rogers of Florence, Jay Hayes of Pendleton, Matthew Hayes of Clemson; great grandchild, Logan Bailey; brothers, James A. Moore of Fork, Earl M. Moore of Carthage, N.C., Donald A. Moore of Wilmington, N.C.
