Hazel Romantino Hazel Romantino, 78, died Saturday, Nov. 17, 2001, at Conway Nursing Center. She was born in Bennettsville, a daughter of the late Francis Marion and Mary Haskew Stanton. Survivors include a brother, Francis M. Stanton of Bennettsville; a sister, Jeanette Lambeth of Jonesboro, Ga. and two nephews, Tony Quick of Georgetown and Kerry Quick of Conway. A memorial service will be at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway Chapel. The Rev. Carl Hunsucker will officiate.
