Nov 2, 2001 Cora Landers Emanuel DILLON -- Mrs. Cora Landers Emanuel, 76, widow of William J. Landers, died Thursday, Nov. 1, 2001 at Carolinas Hospital System in Florence. Born in Latta, March 8, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Nettie Jackson. She was a retired textile inspector and a member of Little Bethel Baptist Church. Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 4 at Kannaday's Funeral Home Chapel in Dillon with burial in Riverside Cemetery. She is survived by sons, Robert L. Landers and David Landers of Florence; daughters, Alice Faye (Bud) Miller of Lake View and Frances (Ellis) Townsend of Florence; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
