Jonah Merritt DILLON -- Services for Jonah Christopher Merritt will be held at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at Hamer Church of God with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery directed by Cooper Funeral Home. Mr. Merritt, 21, died Monday, November 5, 2001 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Born in Dillon County, May 12, 1980, he was the son of Neil Campbell and Becky Filyaw. He was a farmer. Survivors include his mother, Becky Filyaw of Florence; father, Neil Campbell of Dillon; brothers, Neil Livingston Campbell of Raleigh, N.C., Neil Rogers Campbell Jr., Kenny Rogers Campbell, and James Richard Butler, all of Dillon, Tim Merritt of Lake View, David M. Merritt and Johnny Merritt, both of Latta and Allen Merritt of Concord, N.C.; sisters, Crystal Campbell of Raleigh, Jennifer Campbell, Jackie Hunt and Susie Campbell, all of Dillon; grandmother, Dorothy Merritt of Dillon.
