    3. Alma Ree B. Black Alma Ree Bratcher Black, 77, of the Bayboro section of Horry County, died Sunday, Nov. 11, 2001, after an illness. She was born in Horry County, a daughter of the late Samuel G. Bratcher Sr. and the late Blanche Anderson Bratcher. She was the stepdaughter of the late Sadie Graham Bratcher. She was a member of Bayboro Baptist Church and retired from Loris Community Hospital as a nursing assistant. Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Raymond "Buster" Black of Loris; a son, Charles R. Black of Loris; a daughter, Geraldine B. Sanders and her husband, Douglas, of Conway; four grandchildren, Wanda Black and Penny Black of Loris, Wallace Black and his wife, Susie, of Nichols, and Michelle Sanders of Surfside Beach; and four great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by three brothers, Henry Bratcher, S.G. Bratcher Jr. and William "Bill" Bratcher. The funeral will be at 3 p.m. today at Bayboro Baptist Church. The Revs. Paul Lambert, Paul Alford and Billy Carroll will officiate. The burial will be in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Shawn Marlowe, Glenn Skipper, Dennis Strickland, Ozzie Beauchamp, Michael Graham and Jimmy Bell. Honorary pallbearers will be Horry County police officers and sheriff's deputies. Memorials may be sent to Bayboro Baptist Church, S.C. 410, Aynor, SC 29511. Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway Chapel is in charge.
