Mary------My Wilkerson's are more current than that...I have a Mollie Herring married to a Thomas Wilkerson.........she was b 31 July 1876 d-30 Oct 1948. She married Thomas Wilkerson. I have no dates for him.... family as follows: I was hoping one of these children would have some information on the heritage (at least grandparent's names of Thomas Wilkerson) John D Wilkerson b 03 June 1903 married ? 2 children Blanche Wilkerson b 18 May 1905 married Unk Teague...5 children Bessie Wilkerson b 13 July 1908 married Unk Guyton 5 children Clarence Thomas Wilkerson b 22 may 1912 married ? 3 children Adgie Wilkerson b 15 Nov 1915 married ? Mullis ---1 child Virgie Wilkerson m ? Quick ---1 son These are my gfather Herring's nieces and nephews, and I am having a terrible time even finding out even when and where Thomas Wilkerson was born and died...even where he is buried... I have a lot of difficulty getting the ones living to talk....finding the dead seems to be a lot easier....The one niece I have gotten to correspond with me still doesn't even want to give me first names of her sibling's mates...so digging gets to be frustrating...I guess that is why I have sort of let this leg of the Herring's with the Wilkerson marriage lag.....Hopefully I can get back to this when I have lots of time to go back to the Dillon/Marion/Marlboro Cty area... Does anything here look familiar to you? If I could find info on Thomas, it would make it easier to look... Carolyn
