GALIVANTS FERRY Ruby Grainger Ruby Isla Mishoe Grainger, 84, widow of Grover Cleveland Grainger, of Grainloyd Road, died Thursday, Nov. 22, 2001, at home. She was born in Horry County, a daughter of the late Grover Cleveland and Minnie Fowler Mishoe. She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. Survivors include a son, G.C. Grainger of Effingham; two daughters, Era Lee G. Williamson of Conway and Sandra G. Shaver of Aynor; nine grandchildren, Janine Mapes, Kent Grainger, Seth Grainger, Eric Grainger, Chet Williamson, Sheila W. Hendrick, Teal W. Britton, Leah Williamson and Rhett Shaver; and seven great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Leesa Williamson. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway Chapel. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Antioch Baptist Church. The Revs. Gordan Graham and Mack Hutson will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Memorials may be made to Antioch Baptist Church, 2080 Highway 129, Galivants Ferry, SC 29544.
