Know allmen by these presents that I, David Causey of the State and District aforesaid,planter, in consideration of Twenty-two Dollars paid me by Zebedee Causey ofthe District and State aforesaid, have granted, bargained, sold and releasedand by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and release unto the said ZebedeeCausey, all that plantation or tract of One hundred & Eighty five acres ofland, Being part of a tract Originally Granted to David Causey the Sixth day ofMay One thousand Seven hundred and Ninety three, containing One thousand Ninehundred and Fifty eight acres situate lying in the District aforesaid on theN.E. side of Little Pee Dee River on the N. side of Brown swamp having suchshapes form and marks buttings and boundings as is preresented in a platannexed to the Orginial Grant of the same, The forementioned tract of Onehundred and Eighty five acres being laid out of the said tract, having suchshapes forms and marks, buttings and boundings as is represented in a plat ofthe same hereunto annexed, Together with all and singular the rights, members,hereditements and appurtenances to the said premises before mentioned unto thesaid Zebedee Causey, his Heirs and Assigns forever, And I do hereby bind myselfmy heirs, executors administrators and assigns to warrant and forever defendall and singular the said premises unto the said Zebedee Causey his heirs andassigns against myself my heirs and against every person whomsoever claiming orto claim the same or any part thereof under me.
