I think I found Martha , Isaac Spivey's dau by his first wife, living with her Gparents Stephen and Vincy Lamb in Southern Div of Robeson Co. The Lambs were a little old to be having children and Martha's last name was ditto'ed, she was listed as 7 years old ( she was born 1844 )
