Nov 1, 2001 Ann S. Wallace CERRO GORDO, N.C. -- Ann Spivey Wallace, Cerro Gordo, N.C., formerly of Lake View, died Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2001. The funeral will be at Cerro Gordo Baptist Church at 3 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, 2001. Burial will follow in the Chadbourn Memorial Cemetery, Chadbourn, N.C. Mrs. Wallace was preceded in death by her husband, James M. Wallace. She is survived by two sisters, Juanita S. Floyd and Betty S. Blackman and two brothers, Bobby J. Spivey and Thomas W. Spivey all of Lake View. The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at Meares Funeral home in Fair Bluff, N.C. and at other times at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Tom Spivey in Lake View.
