Know allmen by these presents that I Winifred Parker of Horry District in the Stateaforesaid widow of Thomas Parker Jun’r of said District, deceased, For theconsideration of One Dollar paid me by Josiah Lewis of said District, DeptudySurveyor, have granted, bargained, sold and released and by these presents dogrant, bargain, sell and release unto the said Josiah Lewis his Heirs andAssigns forever ALL my right of Title, claim of Dower and Possession to and forall that plantation or tract of land containing Thirty three acres and onethird part of an acre more or less being one third part of a tract of landGranted to said Thomas Parker Jun’r for one hundred acres situate on BrownSwamp waters of Little Pee Pee which right of Dower with the possession thereofI hereby acquit and forever relinquish unto the said Josiah Lewis his Heirs,Executors, Administrators and Assigns foreer Warranting and defending the samefrom the claim or claims of myself and my Heirs and Assigns forever.
