MARION John D. Canterbury John Douglas Canterbury, 70, died Monday, July 30, 2001, at home after an illness. He was born in Boomer, W.Va., a son of the late Ena Elkins and Quincey Canterbury. He was the owner of Accurate Tools & Manufacturing. He was also a member of Civitans and a deacon of First Baptist Church in Twinsburg, Ohio. Survivors include his wife, Anita Williams Canterbury; three daughters, Keni Lynn Hamilton, Amanda Shelley and Leslie Baxley; a brother, Max Canterbury of Ravenswood, W.Va.; and six grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Richardson Funeral Home in Marion. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the chapel of the funeral home.
