The Sun News 7/8/2001 MYRTLE BEACH Virginia L. `Jenny' Rogers Virginia L. "Jenny" Rogers, 56, of Cimerron Plantation, died Friday, July 6, 2001, at Conway Nursing Center. She was born Oct. 17, 1944, in Marion, a daughter of the late Thomas W. and Willie Octavia Turbeville Edwards. She was employed with Nationsbank, Founders Center. She was a member of Socastee Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Walter B. Rogers; a son, Walter Craig Rogers and his wife, Sandra, of Myrtle Beach; two daughters, Sheila Ferrell and her husband, Robert, of Charlottesville, Va., and Charlene McEarl and her husband, Christopher, of Jacksonville, Fla.; a brother, Tommy Edwards of Georgetown; a sister, Doris Lane of Columbia; and four grandchildren, Heather Runkle, Sean McEarl, Jenny Rogers and Laurin Ferrell. The funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. today at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Beach Chapel. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.
