Memorials may be made to McMillan Memorial Baptist, 1446 Old Corner Road, Marion, SC 29571. Mrs. Floyd died July 22, 2001 in St. Eugene Hospital after an illness. Born in Nichols, she was a daughter of the late Luther Denny and Annie Marie Capel Rogers. She was a member of McMillan Memorial Baptist Church. Surviving are sisters, Margaret McKoy, Falls Church, Va., Virginia Elvington, Phenix City, Ala., Lucille Borland, Pickins, Ark. and Dorothy Butler, Darlington; brother, Clyde Rogers, Marion.
