CONWAY Valley B. Allen Valley Bert Allen, 63, of the Forestbrook community, died Thursday, Oct. 25, 2001, at Sea Coast Medical Center. He was born in Horry County, a son of the late Valley Bert and Ora Lee Allen Allen. He was an Army veteran and worked for the Pantry Stores. Survivors include two brothers, J.B. Ray of Thomasville, N.C., and L.C. Allen of Marion; and his stepfather, James B. Ray Sr. of Thomasville. A graveside service will be at 5 p.m. today at Devotion Gardens in Marion. The Rev. Kirk Lawton will officiate. Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway Chapel is in charge.
