Eva Oxner MULLINS -- Services for Eva Lee Oxner, 82, will be at 11 a.m. today at Meares Funeral Home Chapel with entombment in Palmetto Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. Mrs. Oxner died Thursday. Born in Horry Co., she was a daughter of the late William and Frances Stephens Harrelson. He was a member of Mullins First Baptist Church and Palmetto #2 Order of the Eastern Star. Surviving are her sister, Brookie Conner; granddaughter, Kimberly Cantrell; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband, Jeff Fowler, her second husband, Asa Oxner; and by a son, David Fowler.
