GALIVANTS FERRY James F. Gerrald James Frank Gerrald, 75, died Saturday, Oct. 20, 2001, at Marion County Medical Center. He was born in Horry County, a son of the late Kemper C. and Dollie D. Hooks Gerrald. He was a member of Rehobeth United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Leona Hardwick Gerrald; two sons, James H. Gerrald of Galivants Ferry and Thomas H. Gerrald of Loris and their big brother, Mitchell Hardwick of Columbia; three sisters, Donnie Belle Ray and Frances Strickland, both of Nichols and Sylvia Amerson of Columbia; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight at Meares Funeral Home in Mullins. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Rehobeth United Methodist Church. The Rev. Paul Gasque will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery
