CALLAO, Va. | Mr. Larry Carroll Turner, 62, of Callao, Va., formerly of Brittons Neck, died Monday, September 22, 2008 at Henrico Doctors Hospital in Richmond, Va., after an illness. Born in Marion County, South Carolina, Mr. Turner was the son of the late Archie Turner and Bessie Lawson Turner. He was of the Baptist faith, and a service technician in the telecommunication field. Surviving Mr. Turner are his wife, Earline Ruth Humerickhouse Turner of the home; two sons, Darrell Turner of Debary, Fla., and Tim (Angela) Turner of Warsaw, Va.; a daughter, Sharon Turner (Mark) Jett of Warsaw, Va.; two sisters, Marian Barfield and Deborah Collins of Galivants Ferry; a nephew, who is like a brother, Legrande Hucks of Brittons Neck; and eight grandchildren.
