Mr. Windham, 65, died Friday, November 28, 2008 at McLeod Medical Center in Dillon. Born in Marion County, SC, May 27, 1943, he was the son of Hurbert C. Windham and Leila Stroud. Survivors include his mother, Leila Stroud of NC; father, Mr. Hurbert C. Windham of SC; daughter, Karen W. Covington; brothers, Hubert Windham, Jimmy Windham, Cecil Windham,Jr., and Wesley Windham; sisters, Carolyn W.
