    2. MULLINS — Mr. David Carroll Flowers, age 91 of Bill Henry Road formerly of Aynor, passed away November 26, 2008 at Marion Medical Center. Surrounded by his family. Mr. Flowers was born in Horry County a son of the late Henry and Bessie Cook Flowers. He was a member of Galivants Ferry Baptist Church and a veteran of World War II. Mr. Flowers was predeceased by one daughter, Ann Flowers DeMers, one brother and five sisters. Surviving Mr. Flowers are his wife, Earlene Lewis Flowers of the home, two daughters Melia Flowers Berry of Marion, Linda Flowers of Cloumbia, two step-sons, two step-daughters, one brother, Maxie Flowers of Texas, one sister Hallie Flowers Titmus of Myrtle Beach. Four grandchildren, David DeMers of Charleston, Joshua Tucker, Jacob Tucker, Haley Tucker all of Marion, four great- grandchildren. Candice DeMers, Seth DeMers, Luke DeMers and Caitlyn DeMers. Funeral Services were held 11:00 AM Friday November 28, 2008 at Galivants Ferry Baptist Church with the Dr. Denley Caughman officiating. Visitation was held one hour prior to the service 10:00-11:00 AM.
