MARION — Thelma Eugenia J. Reynolds, 84, widow of Henry Clay Reynolds, passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2006, at her home in Marion, with family members at her side. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, March 25, at Pisgah United Methodist Church in Dogbluff, with the Rev. Henry Altman officiating. Burial will follow in Rehobeth Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Mrs. Reynolds was born March 12, 1922, in Horry County, a daughter of the late Jessie Byrd James and Lillie Floyd James of Conway. She was a great daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She was very precious to her family and will be dearly missed by all. In addition to her mother, father and husband, she was predeceased by three brothers, Robert James, Frank James and Lynwood James; and two sisters, Maxine Hucks and Frances Lewis. Surviving her are two daughters, June Hyman of Conway and Maribel Snipes and her husband, Carrol, of Marion; three sons, Michael Reynolds and his wife, Edith, of Denver, Jesse Reynolds and his wife, Jeanine, of Seattle and Terry Reynolds and his wife, Susan, of Houston; a sister, Lillian Skipper and her husband, Jack, of Conway; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and many, many precious memories.
