GALIVANTS FERRY | Mr. Lloyd H. McCracken, age 64, died Friday, Mar. 17, 2006 at Marion County Medical Center, surrounded by his loving family. He was the son of the late Odell and Doretha Johnson McCrackin. He was predeceased by a half-brother, J.C. Wiggins and a sister, Gloria Rogers. Survivors include his wife, Mae McCracken of Galivants Ferry; four sons, Paul McCracken and his wife, Kim, and Jason McCracken and his wife, Sharon, all of Aynor, Jeremy McCracken and his fiancee, Kimberly Miller of Clemson, and Michael McCracken and his wife, Audrey, of Nichols; two brothers, S.T. McCrackin and his wife, Rilla, and Leonard McCrackin and his wife, Micki, all from Galivants Ferry; a brother-in-law, Boyd Rogers; two sisters, Lois ''Neomia'' Peavy and her husband, David, of Lancaster, and Dorothy Roberts and her husband, Dennis, of Galivants Ferry; three grandchildren, Ashley, Sarah and Erin McCracken. Visitation will be held Saturday, Mar. 18 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Meares Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Sunday, Mar. 19 at 3 p.m. at Meares Funeral Home Chapel.
