KINGSTREE | Sara Jane Driggers Prosser, 80, widow of Henry E. Prosser, died Monday, Feb. 27, 2006 in a Kingstree hospital. Mrs. prosser was born July 22, 1925 in Florence County, a daughter of the Joseph K. and Sabry Parrott Driggers. She was a graduate of Williamsburg County schools and was a homemaker. Mrs. Prosser was a member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church and was an honorary member of Disabled American Veterans Auxillary. She was preceded in death by a son, Bryce Prosser. Surviving are two sons, Carroll E. (Toni) Prosser of Myrtle Beach and Dennis L. (Paulena) Prosser of Marion; one brother, Ed Driggers of Kingstree; two sisters, Miley Ridgeway of Macedonia and Lillie Feagin of Andrews; six grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; seven step great-grandchildren; three special nieces, Joan Scott, Audrey Lifrage and Candy Slavinski and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, in the Williamsburg Funeral Home Chapel, with burial in Kingstree Memorial Gardens.
