MARION — Mr. Victor Bivan James, 92, died Monday, February 20, 2006, in Marion County Medical Center after an illness. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, February 22nd, from Reedy Creek Baptist Church, directed by Richardson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 to 3 in the Church Fellowship Hall prior to the service. Born in Marion County, he was the son of the late Lonnie W. James and Sarah Walker James. He was a farmer and a member of Reedy Creek Baptist Church. He was predeceased by his wife, Ruby Lane James. Survivors are two sons, Ralph (Ann) James of Hartsville and Milton (Patricia) James of Columbia, four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
