MARION — Jeffrey Lynn Cook, 48 ,husband of Chandra Cook, died Sunday, July 19, 2009 at his home after an illness. Jeff was born June 6, 1961 in Florence, a son of the late R.B. and Flora Woodberry Cook. Surviving Jeff in addition to his Wife of the home are: his Children: Taylor Godbold, Summer Rothwell and Andrew Cook; 2 Brothers: Ricky Cook of Marion and Tim Cook and his wife Nancy of Mullins; a Sister: Connie Wells and her husband Orson of Hemingway; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews; and his good friend, his dog: Samson. Funeral services will be held at 5:00 P.M. Monday, July 20 at the Chapel of Cox-Collins Funeral Home of Mullins, with Rev. Benning Long officiating. The family will receive friends, after the service, at Cox-Collins Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Jeffrey L. Cook Memorial Fund, c/o Cox-Collins Funeral Home, P.O.
