WEST COLUMBIA — Mrs. Evelyn B. Rogers, 76, died November 6, 2008 at Providence Hospital after an illness. A memorial service was held Tuesday, November 11, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. at Congaree Baptist Church, West Columbia, S.C. Burial will be Saturday, November 15, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. at Cedardale Cemetery, Mullins, S.C. directed by Cook Funeral Home of Lake View, S.C. Mrs. Rogers was the daughter of the late Chester and Ravenell Johnson Bullock. Mrs. Rogers was a member of Congaree Baptist Church, West Columbia. Surviving Mrs. Rogers is her daughter, Denise R. Bailey (Dwight) of Gaston, S.C; son, Michael B. Rogers of West Columbia, S.C.; two grandchildren, Michelle Kirkland (Edgar) and Travis Bailey and seven great-grandchildren.
