MYRTLE BEACH | Bruce Baker Mason, 43, passed away Friday, November 28, 2008 at his residence. Mr. Mason was born April 10, 1965 in Marion, South Carolina, a son of Jacqueline Baker Mason and the late Kenneth Wayne Mason Sr. His brother, Kenneth Wayne Mason Jr., predeceased him. Bruce's career was spent with the Divine Dining Group. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Myrtle Beach. Survivors include his wife, Jamye Crossingham Mason of Myrtle Beach; his mother, Jacqueline B. Mason of Myrtle Beach; his sister, Susan M. Monson and her husband, John, of Atlanta, Ga.; his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Mary Baker, wife of the late Mr. Jack W. Baker, of Marion; his nephew, Jack Monson; and his niece, Reagan Monson. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Monday, December 1, 2008 at Southeastern Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Kenneth Timmerman officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 until 7:30 p.m. Sunday, November 30, 2008 at McMillan-Small Funeral Home.
