MULLINS — Mrs. Carolyn Williamson Elliott, 57, died Monday, October 20, 2008 at McLeod Hospice House of Florence after an illness. Mrs. Elliott was born January 17, 1951, in Marion County, a daughter of the late Robert Lee Williamson and Martha Elizabeth Pridgen Williamson. She was a retired electrician by trade. Mrs. Elliott was a member of Woodlawn Baptist Church. Surviving Mrs. Elliott are: a son: Michael Elliott and his wife Angie of Darlington, a grandson: Connor Elliott, a granddaughter; Kennedy Elliott. Also surviving are 1 Brother:Keith Williamson of Mullins, 6 Sisters: Joyce Lackey of Mullins, Janet and her husband Harvey Britt of Mullins, Jean and her Husband Richard Martin of Mullins, Sylvia Britt of Mullins, Marilyn and Drex Soles of Tabor City, N.C. and Bonnie Johnson of Mullins. Mrs. Elliott was predeceased by a Sister Bobbie W. Horne and 2 Brothers: Robbie D. Williamson and Elvin Williamson. Funeral services for Mrs. Elliott will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, October 22 at the Chapel of Cox-Collins Funeral Home, with the Rev. Glenn Brown officiating the services. Burial will follow at Red Hill Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
