MULLINS — Mrs. Eleanor Boatwright Jones, 75, widow of Paul Herman Jones, died Thursday, October 16, 2008 at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center after an illness. She was born August 27, 1933 in Marion, a daughter of the late Royce and Marion Bruce Boatwright. Mrs. Jones was a retired real estate agent. She was a graduate of Marion High School and attended Columbia College. She was a member of the North Myrtle Beach Realtors Association. Mrs. Jones was a member of Center United Methodist Church. Surviving Mrs. Jones are: 2 Sons: Sam P. Jones and his wife Amy of Apex, N.C. and Brett M. Jones and his wife Robin of Charlotte, N.C.; a Sister: Margaret Wesley of Marion; and a Brother: Richard Boatwright of Surfside Beach. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Sunday, October 19 at the Chapel of Cox-Collins Funeral Home, with the Rev. William Heustess officiating. Burial will follow in Center United Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday evening from 6 til 8 P.M. at Cox-Collins Funeral Home.
