DILLON — Services for Ronnie Bryan Cox will be held Monday January 5, 2009 at 3:00 P.M. in Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation is 7-9 Sunday in the funeral home. Mr. Cox, 51, died Saturday in Tuomey Hospital in Sumter. Born in Dillon County, June 21, 1957, he was the son of the late Ellison Steel Cox and Amelia Evelyn Cox. He was the Dairy Manager for Piggly Wiggly in Sumter and was a member of Dillon First Baptist Church. Survivors include his daughter, Jennifer Marie McKay of Dillon; sister, Sylvia Rhames of Hartsville; brothers, Allan Cox of Hartsville, William Cox of Dillon, Johnnie Cox and Richard Cox of Greenville, Michael Cox of Florence, and Dennis Cox of Marion; 6 nephews and 2 nieces; his extended family and friends of the Rainbow group of Sumter.
