FORK — Mrs. Aileen Lane McInnis, 68, widow of John William McInnis, died Wednesday, January 14, 2009 after a long illness. She was born December 12, 1940 in Dillon County, a daughter of the late Les and Sula Hood Lane. Mrs. McInnis was retired from Sara Lee. Surviving Mrs. McInnis are: 3 Daughters: Sandra (Richard) Bellamy of Longs, Kathy (Mark) McInnis of Marion and Sue Graham; 7 Grandchildren; and 3 Sisters: Marie (Prentiss) Frazier of Fayetteville, N.C., Mary Alice (William) Turner of Marion and Gail (Doug Atkinson) Eskridge of Marion. Mrs. McInnis was predeceased by 2 brothers, Harry Lane and Jerry Lane. Private graveside services will be held at Palmetto Memorial Gardens Cemetery, directed by Smith-Collins Funeral Home of Marion.
