LORIS | Mr. Kenneth ''Kenny'' Earl Barnhill, 64, died Friday, January 23, 2009 at the Loris Extended Care Facility. Mr. Barnhill was born December 26, 1944 in Marion, South Carolina to Mr. Charlie P. Barnhill and Mrs. Willie D. Murrow Barnhill. Mr. Barnhill retired from Hardee Manufacturing Co., and was a longtime member of Macedonia Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Helen Jean Mishoe Barnhill of Loris; his two sons, Larry Earl Barnhill and Terry Wayne Barnhill, both of Whiteville, N.C.; seven grandchildren, Colby Tyler Barnhill of Aynor, Maggie Elizabeth Barnhill and Joshua Davis Barnhill, both of Tabor City, N.C., Jonathan A. Millican of Kingston, Tenn., and Christina M. Harlow, Ashley H. Harlow, and Brianna P. Harlow, all of Whiteville, N.C.; two daughters-in-law, Christy A. Millican of Whiteville, N.C. and Shannon M. Harlow of Whiteville, N.C.; and two sisters, Doris B. Alford and Ester Allene Mishoe and husband, James Liston Mishoe, all of Thomasville, N.C. Mr. Barnhill was predeceased by his parents; his sister, Lilla Ruth Turner; and brother, William P. Barnhill. Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Sunday, January 25, 2009 at Macedonia Baptist Church, with burial following at Carter Cemetery. Pastor Bill Thompson will officiate services.
