CONWAY | Blondell Grainger, 67, of Cox Ferry Road, died Sunday, Aug. 6, 2006 in Grand Strand Regional Medical Center following an illness. Mr. Grainger was born July 14, 1939 in Loris, a son of the late Arnold Theston Grainger and Lettie Viola Tyler Grainger. He was known for being a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, brother and a friend to all. Survivors include his wife, Irene Cox Grainger of the home; two sons, Dale Grainger and Jonathan Grainger both of Conway; four daughters, Deborah Parkhurst of Myrtle Beach, Dena Stevens of Nichols, Sandy Todd and Shannon Kelley, both of Conway; two sisters, Carolyn Britt of Myrtle Beach and Pauline Lewis of Loris; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
