Inlet.OCEAN ISLE BEACH, N.C. Mamie D. Mishue Mamie Frances D. Mishue, 75, of Joe Brooks Road Southwest and widow of Merrill Mishue, died Tuesday, Aug. 14, 2001, at Columbus County Hospital in Whiteville, N.C. She was born April 2, 1926, in Dillon, a daughter of the late Gordon and Lizzie Huggins Davis. She was a retired dietitian and homemaker. Survivors include three daughters, Barbara M. Lee of Ocean Isle Beach, Judy M. Godwin of Franklinton, N.C., and Cathy M. Holland of Goldsboro, N.C.; two sisters, Kathleen Snipes of Fayetteville, N.C., and Irene Arnette of Norwalk, Conn.; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. tonight at Brunswick Funeral Service in Shallotte, N.C. The funeral will be at 3:30 p.m. Friday at the chapel of the funeral home. The Rev. Larry Hayes will officiate. Burial will be in Brunswick Memorial Gardens in Shallotte. Casket bearers will be David Moody, Branndon Marlow, Steve Million, Derek Godwin, Tommy Cribb and Chris Lee.
