The State (Columbia): Saturday, August 4, 2001 John Moore MANNING (--) Services for John Alton Moore, 62, will be held at 1 p.m. today at Emmanuel Baptist Church with burial in Clarendon Memorial Gardens. Stephens Funeral Home of Manning is in charge. Mr. Moore, husband of Vera Howle Moore, died Thursday. Born in Latta, he was a son of the late Quincy and Lucy Clark Moore. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and a member of Latta Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife; daughters, Renee Bodenheimer, Susan Moore, Brooke Matthews; brother, Marvin Moore; sisters, Marie Clark, Sybil Hammett; six grandchildren.
