Miss Williams died Saturday, August 11, 2001, after an illness. Born in Marion, she was a daughter of Sara Coleman Williams and the late Colonel Williams. Miss Williams was a member of Friendship Baptist Church and former employee of Datwyler. Survivors in addition to her mother include a brother, Joe Williams of Marion; and sister, Gail McCaskill of Bethune.
