The State (Columbia): Wednesday, August 29, 2001 Ethel Turner FLORENCE (--) Services for Ethel Mae Edwards Turner, 77, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Cox-Collins Funeral Home in Mullins with burial in Devotion Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be 7-9 this evening at the funeral home. Mrs. Turner, widow of Willie James Turner, died Tuesday. Born in Marion Co., she was a daughter of the late Thomas Whiteman Edwards and Mary Ethel Roberts Edwards. She was a member of Mullins Church of God. Surviving are her sister, Vera Salstrom; five nieces; two nephews; eight great nieces and nephews; special friends, Grace Todd and her family.
