The State (Columbia): Wednesday, August 29, 2001 Mana Byrd GALIVANTS FERRY (--) Graveside services for Mana Lewis Byrd, 91, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in Rehobeth United Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be 7-9 this evening at Meares Funeral Home. Mrs. Byrd, widow of the late Hollie R. Byrd, died Tuesday. She was a daughter of the late Daniel T. and Chellie Stephens Lewis. She attended Sandy Plain United Methodist Church. Surviving are her son, Austin C. Byrd of Gallivants Ferry; grandson, Ricky Gene Byrd of Pee Dee; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Wilson Lewis, and a sister, Marie Strickland.
